Payment and Delivery

For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order process. In the event of a possible order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within xxxx business days.


Delivery

We strive to hand over the products you ordered to the shipping company on the same day. For products that require longer procurement times, the delivery period is specified in the product details as 3 business days. In case of a possible delay in delivery, you will be informed.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where you will be available during the day as your delivery address.

Your requests will be processed and prepared according to the delivery method you selected at the end of the order. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via XXXXXXXX shipping company. Once your orders are confirmed, they will be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of xxxx (two) business days.

You may consult our customer representative for different delivery options. Please note that shipping is only available within Turkey.


Payment Tracking

If the system encounters any issues and cannot complete the transaction, our visitor will be notified on the payment page.

In case of an error in the provided address and the order cannot be delivered, the customer who placed the order will be contacted.

The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is received.

We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank providing the credit card service for the successful completion of the delivery.


Please Note!

If you believe the package was damaged during shipping, please open and inspect it in front of the delivery personnel. If you think the product is damaged, do not accept the package and ask the shipping company to prepare an official damage report.

Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its responsibilities completely.

If the product is damaged: Please send the damage report as soon as possible to XXXXXXXX@XXXX.com.

Once you complete this process, we will initiate the necessary procedures regarding your package and ensure redelivery as soon as possible.

If you briefly explain in your email why you are returning the product, it will help us improve our services and resolve the issue more efficiently.
